Macarrons

french macaron




the macaron is a Little tradicional french cookie.

basic recipe



ingredients:


for the cookie:

  • 100g almond
  • 250g icing sugar
  • 2 eggs whites
  • 30g White sugar
for the cream:


  • 125g butter
  • 125g icing sugar
  • one teaspoon vanilla
  • two teaspoon milk

preparation:

for the cookies:

  • first we trind the almonds.
  • in a bold mix the almond with the icing sugar.
  • in  other bold beat the whithe eggs until in the mix form peaks.
  • after put the white eggs whith the almonds and the icing sugar and mix until form a mix uniform.
  • put the mix in a pastry bag.
  • in a pice of paper prints the following template or just draw circles with a compass.

  • in a baking put the template and over wax paper.
  • using a bakinging bag follow the template before put in the oven allowed to stand outside for 30 minutes.
  • after put the tray in the oven for 13 minutes at 150º.
  • let cool for piner cream.

for the cream:

  • we mix the butter with the icing sugar .
  • add the vanilla and the milk.

for the macaron:


  • put the cream in a baking bag and using this put the cream in the center with the macaron and squash it slightly.

for the roll

  • 2 tbsp. salted butter, melted
  • 1 tps. cinnamon
  • 1/2 packed plus 2 tbsp. light brown sugar.
  • 1 package crescent roll dough
for the glase
  •  2 tbsp. salted butter 
  • 2 tbsp. cream cheese
  • juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of powered sugar.

  • pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
for the glase
basic glase:
4 cups of powered sugar
Milk 1 TBSP at a time
lemon glase:
2 cups of powered sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
If you want put some zest of lemon

for the decoration
  • vainilla pudding 
  • fruits
  • chocolate chips,sprinkles
  • nutella 
  • zest of lemon, orange, etc
  • more things use your creativity.

smoothies

1.Chocolate Protein Drink‏

Drink it after heavy fitness training when you need to recover quickly. It is recommended to eat some protein and carbohydrates within 20 minutes after a finished workout so that the muscles build up instead of break down. Do you find the amount of protein powder high? Adjust the amount according to your body size and metabolism. The smoothie is high in protein and calories, if you drink it at night after a workout, you can probably eat a bit less for dinner/supper.

  • 200 ml chocolate protein powder
  • 1 banana
  • 400 ml milk
preparation
  • 1. Blend banana, milk and protein powder to a smoothie.
  • 2. Serve immediately to you and your workout buddy or bring to the gym in a shaker. Note that the recipe is for two people.



2.Ginger, Honey and Lemon‏

Ginger is a root vegetable which has been grown since time immemorial in Asia. It's said to be the most widespread plant in the world after pepper. Even if it hasn't been grown in the west, it's a vital part in western food history. Who hasn't heard of ginger bread? Ginger is anti-inflammatory and increases the blood circulation.

ingredients
2 glasses
  • 200 ml fat Turkish or Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 ice cubes
preparation
  • 1. Peel and grate the ginger.
  • 2. Put it in a blender along with yoghurt, honey and ice cubes. Squeeze the lemon.
  • 3. Blend everything to a smooth drink. Serve as a refreshing alternative to tea when someone you care about has a cold.

3.Strawberry‏

This smoothie has a lovely taste in all its simplicity. It's sweet and tastes like summer. Be sure to buy a good vanilla yoghurt, not some light version, but the real stuff with about 2-3% fat.

2 glasses
  • 500 ml strawberries
  • 250 ml vanilla yoghurt (ca. 2-3% fat)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
preparation
  • 1. Blend strawberries, vanilla yoghurt and vanilla powder. Drink immediately!





red velvet cupcakes

CUPCAKES RED VELVET


INGREDIENTS: f0r 24 cupcakes.

for the base

  • 12 TBSP. unsalted butter
  • 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1/2 TBSP cocoa power
  • 4 TBSP no - taste red  food coloring
  • 1 TPS. vanilla extract
  • 1 tps. Salt
  • 1 1/2 cups and  a haf of whole milk
  • 3 1/ 4 cups  all- purpose flour.
  • 1 1/2 TSP. aplee cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 TPS. baking soda.
for the buttercream:

  • 6 onz. of cream cheese.
  • 4 TBSP. unsalted butter
  • 1/4 tsp. of pure vanilla extract
  • 4 cup of powdered sugar.

chocolate cake

INGREDIENTS:

  • five egg
  • one cup sugar
  • one cup of flour
  • half a cup of cornstarch
  • 250 grams of butter 
  • 16 tablespoons of  milk 
  • one tablespoons vanilla extract
  • three tablesppons of cocoa

PREPARATION:




Beat the eggs with the butter adding sugar go then keep adding flour, vanilla extract,milk,cornstarch,coocoa and beat until the mixture is smooth. grease a mold and sprinkle flour mixture does not stick,pour  the mixture, bring to a preheated oven at 35o °C degrees, for 40 or 45 minutes.

NAPOLEON:

Ingredients:


  • 1 cup cream milk
  • 1 cup condensed cream
  • 4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • sultana cookies
  • 6 tablespoon cornstarch

PREPARATION:


Blend all the ingredients, then bring the mixture to the hit until thickened.then placing a base mix and layer of cookies above so successively  until the mixtures is finished. you can also add chocolate striped top with peach to decorate.
