CUPCAKES RED
VELVET
INGREDIENTS: f0r 24 cupcakes.
for the base
- 12 TBSP. unsalted butter
- 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 1/2 TBSP cocoa power
- 4 TBSP no - taste red
food coloring
- 1 TPS. vanilla extract
- 1 tps. Salt
- 1 1/2 cups and a
haf of whole milk
- 3 1/ 4 cups all-
purpose flour.
- 1 1/2 TSP. aplee cider
vinegar
- 1 1/2 TPS. baking soda.
for
the buttercream:
- 6 onz. of cream cheese.
- 4 TBSP. unsalted butter
- 1/4 tsp. of pure vanilla
extract
- 4 cup of powdered sugar.
